What is this tool?

The PPP Risk Allocation Tool serves as a reference guide for governments and other relevant stakeholders in deciding on the appropriate allocation of project risks in a given PPP project, as well as potential risk mitigation measures. The guide is made up of 18 annotated risk allocation matrices each specifically tailored to a given project type (such as a road, airport, solar plants or hospital project). The tool is downloadable in PDF in English and Portuguese.
